Our concrete resurfacing services have an extensive range of colours, patterns and stencils to suit any kind of decor. We can also create custom features, borders and even replicate the appearance of sandstone tiles using our exclusive air brush technique. Multiple colours can be used to provide an aged look or to re-create your existing stamped concrete.

What is Concrete Resurfacing?

The product used is a modified acrylic polymer mixed with a special blend of cement, sands and other additives to create a durable, wear resistant overlay system. The overlay is usually applied using a spray method, with multiple coats being applied to create a thickness of 2-4mm.

The Concrete Resurfacing Process

Concrete grind to remove surface contaminates or existing concrete coatings.
High pressure clean using a 3000psi water blaster, chemical wash and degrease.
Repair concrete defects such as holes, chips and imperfections.
V grind a channel to all pre-existing cracks and fill with a two part epoxy resin.
Saw cut new joins in concrete to release surface pressure and help control and minimise new cracks that may appear.
Protect all surrounding surfaces with plastic wrap where concrete resurfacing is being applied to protect from over spray damage.
Apply 1-2 prime coats with polymer liquid, ensuring the concrete turns a blue or green aqua colour. A second coat will be required if the concrete is more porous than usual.
Application of the specified coats of concrete resurfacing material. 2 coats minimum will be applied of concrete resurfacing and a top fleck coat for texture if required.
2 coat application of a quality acrylic solvent based concrete sealer.
